Corporate Experience, Modern Execution.

NRGXP’s story began just over 3 years ago when Michael Schab and Roger Vonderahe, two engineering executives from Fortune 500 companies, were approached by a client with a vision for a next-generation, health-related IoT wearable device.  This company, however, was unclear on how to make their concept a commercially-viable product. Enter NRGXP.

Charged with this daunting task, Michael and Roger immediately assembled a core multidisciplinary team to create a real-world road-map.  Pulling from decades of corporate learning, they knew the traditional way of conducting R&D was not going to fit this client’s need.  Instead, they architected a new and nimble business model that could address rapid changes within the IoT Ecosystem, while providing fail-safe checkpoints along the way.

Since those early days, NRGXP has grown organically to offer a diverse portfolio of engineering services designed to make our clients' visions a reality.  Michael and Roger have created an organization where best-in-class engineers, developers and designers solve real-world problems for clients of all sizes, ranging from multi-national, billion dollar enterprises to single-member proprietorships.  Today, NRGXP's employees are commited to introducing breakthrough products to the marketplace.
